I’m a writer, content strategist and coach who has worked in both the creative and corporate worlds and understands the benefits and pitfalls of both.

As a firm believer in the power of personal growth, I found coaching as part of my own journey, and I now help others find their paths.

With a BA in American History and Literature from King’s College London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Fashion and Lifestyle Journalism from the London College of Fashion, I bring a keen eye for the nuances of culture to both my writing and coaching practice.

I’m a native Londoner who currently lives in Berlin.
